Full-stack Developer - Croatian based

Monthly Salary: €1.8k - €3k OTE depending on experience

Location: Croatia - Remote

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer based in Croatia 🇭🇷

Someone who loves building fast, clean, solid products.

Who can move confidently from backend to frontend without losing their mind.

Who cares about impact over buzzwords.

At HEU, we’re rethinking how businesses handle contracts — with AI, data, and common sense.

We’re a team all under 35, all deep into the product.

What you’ll do (a lot, but it’ll make sense)

• Write code that works well, scales, and reads like a good book
• Build features end-to-end — from data model to React components
• Improve performance where it matters
• Work closely with other devs, design and product — no silos, no nonsense
• Automate what can be automated, simplify what can’t
• Think not just how to build things, but what’s worth building

Who you are

• You like to work in team
• You’re fast and take ownership when required
• You like to ship, not just talk
• You’re comfortable in a startup environment (a bit of chaos, lots of freedom)
• You live (or are based) in Croatia — we really need this!
